In particular I was impressed with how they would keep working at something until it was satisfactory. I was also impressed by their skype and email availability. Finally, I was impressed by their willingness to go beyond immediate expectations in some areas. In terms of further improving their communication could be better particularly in regards to understanding the project goals. Asking more questions is encouraged as a way to improve this. In terms of quality, I was very happy with the work, some further improvement could be made in terms of design aesthetics and usability.
